Arabanamuttu is a traditional art form prevalent among Muslims in the North Malabar region of Kerala. It is named after a single-sided wooden flat drum called Arabana, which is made from the skin of goat.
Kerala Tourism, as part of its Virtual Onam 2021 celebrations, has embarked on a unique mission to feature the traditional art forms of God’s Own Country. This visual treat seeks to bring together Malayalis across the globe during Onam 2021, ushering in the festival season with positivity.
