The 10:33AM KTM ETS train from KL Sentral to Taiping was only MYR40 (30% discount on top of this being the cheapest train of the day) for the Malaysia Day holiday. It arrives in Taiping at 13:59 (and continues onward to the Thai border). This time I brought a light sweater and was still freezing cold…….
