Molana (Rumi) Performance (Persian Music-Poetry) at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

“Molana (Rumi https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rumi) musical group from Iran is set to entertain spectators with their cultural festive music at the Center Court for the next two weeks. The group will be performing with traditional instruments such as Daf (framed drum) and Tanbour (long-necked string). Prior to their debut in Malaysia, the group performed in Sweden, Norway, Turkey and Ethiopia. Catch the performances from today until April 15th at 6pm and 8.45pm on weekdays & 12.30pm, 6pm and 8.45pm on weekends! Partnering with the Embassy of Iran for the first time, Pavilion KL presents ‘Eid In Harmony’, an international, cross-cultural showcase that celebrates the heritage, culture, and traditions of both Malaysia and Iran. Pavilion KL is also proud to partner with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, Kraftangan Malaysia and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) to present Malaysia’s stunning handicrafts, arts, and culture, to promote Malaysia’s local craftsmanship at the ‘Eid In Harmony’ Marketplace at Centre Court, Level 2.
