What is This Iranian Horn Instrument?

I don’t know what this horn instrument is called – it looks like it was made from some sort of ram and I thought someone said one of the instruments they played was from southern Iran. I also don’t know the name of this band as its not mentioned on the Pavilion KL website or Facebook page. They played starting around 8:45 in the evening…
